StackedRoster publishes college tennis rankings built from match results. This page explains what we collect from you when you visit, what we publish about players, and how to ask us to remove or correct something.

What we collect about you

Close to nothing. StackedRoster has no accounts, no sign-ups, no newsletter, and no forms that ask you for personal information. We run no advertising and no advertising trackers — there is no ad pixel and no third-party tracker on this site. We do not sell or share personal information.

We do use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views, so we can see which pages people find useful. It is cookieless: it does not store anything on your device, does not fingerprint your browser, does not identify you, and cannot follow you to other websites. It tells us that a page was viewed, not who viewed it.

We set no cookies on visitors. The one cookie this site can set is a login cookie for the private /admin area, which only the site operator uses. If you have never logged in there, you have never received a cookie from us.

The site uses the Inter and Barlow Condensed typefaces. These are bundled into the site when it is built, so your browser downloads them from StackedRoster and never contacts a font provider.

Our hosting providers

The site is hosted on Vercel and its data is stored with Supabase. Like any web host, Vercel automatically records technical request information — including IP addresses — in its server logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you, and we do not combine them with anything else.

Information we publish about players

StackedRoster is a rankings site, so it necessarily publishes information about identifiable people. For college tennis players this can include: name, school, conference, division, class year, competitive results and win–loss record, and our computed ranking.

This information comes from published intercollegiate competition results and team rosters — principally data made available by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA). We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the ITA. We do not collect private contact details, and we never publish home addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, dates of birth, health information, or academic records.

Opt-outs we already honour

When our roster tools consider adding a new player, they first check whether that person has opted out of public-data sharing at the source. If someone has opted out, we do not add them. Every roster change is also reviewed by a person before it is applied — nothing is added to the site automatically.

Removing or correcting your information

If you are a player (or a parent, guardian, coach, or compliance officer acting for one) and you want your information corrected or removed, email us and we will handle it:

privacy@stackedroster.net

Tell us the player's name and school and what you would like changed. We aim to respond within 30 days. Corrections to results or records are welcome too — accuracy is the whole point of this site, and if our numbers are wrong we want to know.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, delete, or object to our use of it. Use the same address and we will work through it with you.

Young people

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. Some college athletes are under 18; we treat a removal request about a player under 18 with the same seriousness as any other, and a parent or guardian is welcome to make it on their behalf.

Changes to this page

StackedRoster is actively being built. If what we collect changes — for example if we add analytics or accounts — we will update this page and change the date at the top. Questions about any of it can go to privacy@stackedroster.net.
